Founder.
Based in North Lanarkshire. I hold a BA (Hons) in Psychology & Criminology. My career has allowed me to support people through trauma, addiction, human trafficking, mental health challenges and the criminal justice system.
Alongside my professional experience, life has taught me that healing isn't about becoming someone new - it's reconnecting with who you already are.
Becoming a mum reminded me how easy it is to lose yourself, but also how powerful it can be to find your way back. Nature, breathwork, movement and quiet moments have become an important part of my own wellbeing and continue to shape how I support others.
I believe every person deserves to feel seen - not for their struggles but for who they are.
A few things about me:
-
Happily married and mum to a wonderful wee girl.
-
Happiest at sea with fresh air and the sound of the waves.
-
Lifelong learner with a love of psychology and understanding people.
-
I believe small, gentle steps can create meaningful change.

Guiding Principles for Wellbeing Coaching

Seen
You are more than your experiences, your diagnosis, your mistakes or the labels you've been given. I will always meet you as a whole person.

Compassion
There is no shame here. Whatever you're carrying, you're welcome to bring it into this space. My role is not to judge, but to walk alongside you with kindness and curiosity.

Safe Space
You don't have to have it all figured out. Sometimes you simply need a safe space to unpack what's been weighing you down, or permission to rest for a while.
